Petaluma Releases Reports On Impact Fees 5-Year Findings, AB1600 Annual Development Fee

PETALUMA, CA — The City is required to report annually on the status of Impact Fee fund balances and associated capital projects funded by Impact Fees, with a more robust report due every 5-years.

The FY 22-23 5-year Annual Development Impact Fee Report and the 2023 AB1600 Annual Development Fee Report can be found below.
