Sonoma County Goes Under Wind Advisory: NWS

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for most of the North Bay including Sonoma County.

High winds are expected to arrive Wednesday evening and last through Thursday, the NWS said.

Winds are expected to top out at 45 to 60 mph during peak gusts early Thursday morning, according to the NWS.

Steady offshore winds are expected in the 15 to 25 mph range, the agency said.
