Suspected DUI Driver Crashes Into CVS In Petaluma: Police
The driver also had a warrant for DUI and was on probation for DUI, police said.

PETALUMA, CA — A driver who crashed into a CVS Pharmacy over the weekend in Petaluma was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
It happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of 365 East Washington Street, according to Petaluma police Lt. Garrett Glaviano.
"The collision caused minor damage to the business," Glaviano said. "Officers contacted the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, later identified as Cesar Alamila-Alvarez. Alvarez displayed objective signs of alcohol impairment and was placed under arrest for DUI."

Alvarez, who also had a warrant for DUI and was on probation for DUI, was booked into the Sonoma County jail.
