OAKLAND, CA -- A woman who died in an early morning car crash in Oakland was identified as 46-year-old Oakland resident Benjamat Lam, according to the Alameda County coroner's bureau.
The crash occurred at 4:10 a.m. in the 4100 block of International Boulevard.
