From Body to Mind: A New Way to Manage Stress

Have you ever felt stressed, tense, or “off” and wished you could reset — without just thinking your way through it? What if your breath, movement, and senses could help you feel calmer, more focused, and more grounded?

This experiential class helps you slow down and reconnect with how your body moves and feels. You’ll learn about how stress lives in the body and explore practical ways to release tension, improve focus, and feel more grounded in daily life. You’ll also discover the Energy Cycle, a simple framework to notice what fuels you, what drains you, and how small choices can bring more balance to your day.

Led by an occupational therapist with a focus on emotional wellness, this workshop creates a supportive and inclusive space where participants of all abilities can explore new ways to feel better in their bodies.
