Discovery Isle® Students Donate 110 Essential Items to Local Children
Students collected clothes, blankets and diapers for Gently Hugged
Students at Discovery Isle Preschool in La Costa-San Marcos recently donated essential childcare items to Gently Hugged, a local nonprofit that collects clothing and supplies for children in need in the community. Over the past few weeks, students collected more than 110 items, including blankets, clothes and diapers to help babies and young children supported by the organization. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness in their community, especially during the holiday season.
