This notice is to invite you to an upcoming Neighborhood Meeting to discuss Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 21-003 and Development Review (DR) 21-002 which are applications for McKee Orchard, a 20-lot single-family residential tract home subdivision.

The property is zoned Residential Single Family-4 (RS-4) which has a maximum density of four dwelling units per acre. The developer, Cornerstone Communities, is requesting a residential Density Bonus by providing one home as an affordable housing unit. Cornerstone is also requesting reduced setback waivers. The subdivision is proposed to take access off of Holly Oak Way. The neighborhood meeting is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm.
