Poway Jamba Juice Offers $1 Smoothies in School Sports Fundraiser

A local Jamba Juice store is selling $1 smoothies on Saturday that will help provide money for school sports.

From 9 a.m. to noon, you can buy 16-ounce smoothies at the Jamba Juice in Creekside Plaza (13491 Poway Rd.) for $1. Jamba Juice will donate that dollar toward the purchase of athletic equipment for schools in need as part of its Team Up for a Healthy America program and in support of National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month.
