  1. Rancho Bernardo Community Council's Safety Fair, SundayBelgium Waffles, Rush Coffee, Yum! Food trucks will offer delicious breakfast foods beginning at 9:30 a.m. to start your day. Then you can walk off the calories with a visit t o 25 safety vendors at the safety fair. Stop by the various police and fire department vehicles, get free CPR training (not certification), visit with the 4 Paws of Love therapy dogs, visit the Poway 4H petting zoo, get your face painted, play games, etc. There will also be a fundraiser to buy much-needed equipment for the Rancho Bernardo Fire Station 2. The fire district’s Firefighter Training Facility houses a 4-story training tower with three burn rooms, and equipment typically used in a rescue. It also houses an on-site classroom, and more.
