  1. 4S-Ranch Top TechDavid Henderson, CIO for Millennium Health in 4S-Ranch, was named Top Tech Executive of the Year. The award is presented to leaders who take risks, who are visionaries, and who implement new cutting-edge technologies to make their companies more connected, more productive, and more successful.   3. RB Residents Pushback — Concerned about the placement of a sexually violent predator, residents of RB may voice their concerns at a hearing on Oct. 29 in downtown San Diego. Residents can also respond by mail, email, or phone call. In addition, the Rancho Bernardo Community Council will be approving a letter opposing the placement of this individual in our community.
