Authentic Fresh from Oven Bagels Daily at SidNY's

Want a cranberry bagel fresh out the oven? How about a chocolate chip, bialy or wheat pumpernickel?

SidNY's Deli serves about 20 different kinds of warm, chewy bagels every day at 7 a.m. and sticks to tradition.

"We boil them and bake them on wood boards so these are authentic New York bagels," said manager Colleen Brower.

Owner Satish Kumar makes the bagels.

The family owned delicatessan, which also serves other breads, pastries and sandwiches, has been in the Rancho Bernardo area for more than two decades, Brower said.
