- Come enjoy the seasonal offerings at the SD Zoo Safari Park's Autumn Festival this weekend. With wildlife encounters, entertainment, culinary comforts, line dancing, nature walks, etc., the Safari Park is the place to be. Eat at one of the park's many restaurants, serving everything autumn from pumpkin-spiced coffee and apple pie to pumpkin-flavored beer and apple cider. For October's Kids Free Month, the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance is celebrating kids in a big way by offering amazing fun activities and experiences for the whole family at the nonprofit conservation organization’s two wildlife parks.
