Twin Spotlights On: Rise Resale Shop — Located in Oaks North Plaza in Rancho Bernardo, Rise Resale is a nonprofit whose proceeds will provide grants to Abraxas High School, to Poway Unified Continuing Education Campus, and to Alabaster Jar to assist survivors of human trafficking; and Interfaith Community Services' Veteran Stabilization Program.
