- "If You Catch Them" — Brent King is trying to stop SVPs from moving into RB. King says his life's mission is to protect children from violent sexual predators like the one that killed his daughter, Chelsea King, and local student, Amber Dubois. - Girl Scout Gold — Three girls from RB and six from 4S Ranch have earned the highest scout honors. They earned their Gold Awards by creating projects relating to civics, building confidence, and happiness and mental health. - Genasys $1.15 Million Award — Rancho Bernardo company, Genasys, was awarded $1.15 million to design and construct a speaker network that will be used to manage an Early Warning Notification System. Funding for the system will be covered by federal grants. Seven vendors bid for the county of Riverside warning system contract.
