Kid Ventures LLC has purchased a 24,140-square foot office building in 4S Ranch for $3.34 million from Thornmint Office Partners L.P, according to The Daily Transcript.
The building at 10760 Thornmint Rd. was built in 1999. Kid Ventures recently opened a third San Diego-area location of its indoor playgrounds in the 4S Ranch building.
