Man Found Dead Near Trails Identified

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the name of a man just off a path in Bernardo Bay Trails on May 27.

Robert Paul Mann, 46, had been reported as missing by family members he was staying with, according to the medical examiner’s office. They became concerned when he left without his medications.

Mann’s decomposed body was found by an unrelated person by the trails near Lake Hodges. His cause of death is pending.
