  3. Spotlight On: Burma Place — Located at Rancho Bernardo Plaza, Burma Place offers a tantalizing menu, along with an experienced staff. The family-owned business that is not part of a chain features Burmese food, which combines many of the flavors found in Indian, Chinese, and Thai food. The menu combines spicy, mild, sweet, and coconut to flavor its exotic dishes. Raymond Thant, one of the owners of Burma Place, brought his staff with him from San Francisco to Rancho Bernardo. He likes the family style neighborhood that RB offers and hopes to build a solid foundation for his business in RB. To learn more: Click into parenthesis, then click the link.
