- Rancho Bernardo and 4S-Ranch students have been given college honors and degrees. They are proud and so are their communities. - The San Diego Community College District will update its definition of "fully vaccinated.” Based on research findings and data, “fully vaccinated" will include booster doses when eligible, effective July 1. All students, employees, and individuals receiving in-person services within the district must get a booster in order to comply with the District's COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
