- Both the FBI and the SDPD need your assistance in solving a crime. On March 14, 4:29 p.m., a man entered the California Bank & Trust in Rancho Bernardo and demanded money from the teller. The robber was white, 5 feet, 6 inches tall – 5 feet, 10 inches tall, short dark hair, slender, age 30s – 40s. - The Poway Unified School District Foundation’s 14th annual Partners in Education Golf Classes will take place on April 28 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn — and the community is invited to attend. Proceeds from the event will fund STEAM classes and several other programs for students. Registration includes green fees, breakfast, awards luncheon, contests and player tee prize gift, plus a drink ticket. It will be a fun event for your family, your social group, or your company.
