- Looking for a good deal on a great pizza? Those of us from the East Coast are fussy about our pizza. We like a crispy crust, good sauce, real mozzarella, and great toppings. And we expect to pay a decent price. That’s why so many of us love Pacific Pizza. Now you can get a great discount on your pizza. You can buy a $20 gift certificate for just $12. Check out the Fox 5 Be Our Guest website for this deal and deals for other eateries as well. Mangia! (Fox 5)
- Seen on the PUSD website: Law enforcement recommended that the Sept. 9 Board of Education meeting be adjourned to protect staff and visitors. Disruptors, who forced their way in and verbally abused the staff, refused to leave the premises. No business was conducted. The Board issued this statement: "This is an unfortunate example of modeling inappropriate behavior for our students and children who were present." (Poway USD)
