  1. Good news! The Kaiser-Permanente strike has been averted. Management and a coalition of unions representing workers reached a tentative four-year deal.   2. Mission Fed Credit Union named Malliga Tholandi to the volunteer board of directors. She spent the last six years on Mission's supervisory committee, including two years as chair.
