- Discussion on a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP )— Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer, Councilmember Marni von Wilpert, and Rich Freye from the Mount Helix group Kid Safe California will join the Rancho Bernardo Community Council (RBCC) meeting, as well as a representative from Mayor Todd Gloria's office.
