- Sick of the construction mess on Pomerado Road? The good news is that SDGE's gas pipeline replacement is nearly halfway completed. The bad news is that SDGE's gas pipeline replacement is only halfway completed. When the original pipeline was installed in 1949, Rancho Bernardo was mostly ranch land. - COVID-19 vaccination boosters are now available for those who qualify. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved boosters for all three COVID-19 vaccines. If you received two doses of Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19, the CDC says you may qualify for a booster at 6 months or more. The Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine is available for those who received the vaccine at least two months ago and are age 18 and older.
