'Your Voice Has Power' — They describe themselves as a group of concerned citizens who are protesting the release of a sexually violent predator into our community against mental health medical advice. A sexually violent predator (SVP) slated to be placed in RB is the same SVP formerly scheduled to be placed in Mount Helix. Your Voice Has Power suggests that concerned residents get involved and send their comments on the designated dates (between Sept. 30 and Oct. 14 ) to the San Diego Safe Task Force.
