For Single Family Homes

Since April 2020, RSM residents have been able to recycle their food waste by placing it in their greenwaste bin. As of January 1, 2022 residents will now be required by SB 1383 to participate in the program.

For Townhomes and Condos with Cart Service

Residents will receive an additional third cart for organics in the coming months that will allow them to start recycling their food waste.

For Apartments and other Multifamily Homes with Trash Enclosures

CR&R will be working directly with your HOA or property manager to determine the best method to implement an organics recycling program. Please contact your HOA or property manager directly for more information.
