What does the local hero do?

She owns and operates a Radio Station "Healthy Life.net: All Positive Talk Radio" author and speaker.

Why do you believe the local hero should be recognized or honored?

I met Linda when she was presenting a series of FREE Health seminars, sourcing her vast knowledge in that field. Through her radio network, HealthyLife.net, she makes available a wide variety of experts in different fields of interest both practical and extraordinary. Her remarkable personal show offers interviews with people who are the leading edge of our society.

She organized a Health Fair available and free to SouthBay Residents with local providers. She is the author of many books and videos which give access to knowledge not readily available to our local population. She is an extraordinarily powerful speaker and presenter.

In the years of our acquaintanceship, I have witnessed her provide up-to-date information easily assimilated. She has made herself available locally as recently as last month at the 20-year celebration of her radio station held at Table Manners near the beach. Linda Mckenzie is right here in the South Bay continually providing timely awareness and insight in an educated neighborly way.
