Redondo Beach High School One of the Best in the State

REDONDO BEACH, CA -- A Redondo Beach high school has been recognized as one of the best high schools in the state, according to a report compiled by Niche.

Redondo Union High School was ranked 32nd on the 100 best California high schools list. Niche, a website for researching schools, used a variety of factors including SAT/ACT scores, student-teacher ratio, the quality of colleges students consider, and reviews from students and parents.

"I love Redondo Union because everyone is always involved with daily activities whether it is a rally, a sporting event, or spirit day," a Redondo Union High sophomore told Niche. "I love the atmosphere and everyone is so nice. The teachers and staff always advocate to help a student improve and do better in their work."

Niche used data from the U.S. Department of Education and its own analysts to create the 2017 rankings.
