Small Business Spotlight: Xavier and Xavier Realtors

Owned by husband-and-wife team Sam and Bindu Xavier, Xavier and Xavier Realtors is a Redondo Beach-based real estate firm. Owner Sam Xavier took the time to answer five questions from Patch about his business.

Patch: How did Xavier and Xavier get started?
Sam Xavier: I received my State of California real estate license in 2004 and started out as a buyer's agent. After mastering buyers, I moved onto to assisting distressed underwater home owners sell their property for less than they owe. I was then selected to be a Bank Foreclosure Realtor to liquidate the many REO properties that hit our local community from 2008-2011. Today, we are established full time husband and wife Realtors with RE/MAX Estate Properties Redondo Beach and focused in listing and selling traditional home owners market and list their properties for the highest net proceeds in the shortest amount of time! 

Patch: What's Xavier and Xavier known for?
Xavier: We are South Redondo Beach specialists focused on homes south of 190th Street. We specialize in Brookside Village, 1800 PCH HOA and Sunset Riviera HOA! We introduced our local community website www.redondoreporter.com, where you can see every single home for sale online and on your mobile device 24/7! We also have a new mobile app, Xavier and Xavier, where you can search for homes and check your home's value. We also offer a mortgage calculator free to all residents.

Patch: What's unique about Xavier and Xavier?
Xavier: We're the first local Redondo Beach Realtors to step up and donate $1,000 to the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation for every home we list and sell in the city of Redondo Beach! We are RBEF corporate sponsors and take pride in helping you list and sell your home and give back to local schools within RBUSD! If you're buying in Redondo Beach, we will also donate $1,000 to RBEF at the close of escrow!
