Video Shows Man With Knife Threatening People Near Hermosa Beach Pier
"You want trouble? You found it," the man with the knife can be heard telling at least two people on the pier in the video.

HERMOSA BEACH, CA — A video circulating online shows a man with a knife threatening people at Pier Plaza in Hermosa Beach, but police say an investigation into the incident has stalled because no victims have come forward.
The video, posted on South Bay Responders, was filmed on Tuesday afternoon at Pier Plaza. It appears to show a man on a bike approaching two people, pulling out a pocket knife and aiming it at them.
"Mind your g*ddamn business," the man with the knife can be heard telling at least two people. "You want trouble? You found it."

The armed man then appears to ride away on his bike.
The Hermosa Beach Police Department on Wednesday said they were aware of the video and had started investigating the incident.

They were unable to locate the suspect, but found one person whom the biker had threatened. That person, according to police, refused to pursue prosecution.
" At this time, no victims have come forward, so there is not an active investigation," a spokesperson with the Hermosa Beach Police Department told Patch. "HBPD is prepared to investigate this matter fully if someone does come forward."
It's unclear what prompted the man to brandish a knife and threaten two people, according to police.
