New 1.5-Acre Park Planned For Downtown Redwood City, Input Sought

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Redwood City is seeking feedback on a future park downtown.

The park, located on Middlefield Road and Main Street, would be approximately 1.5 acres and take up the space occupied by Library Parking Lot A and Rosselli Garden.

It is expected to be part of a larger green urban recreational corridor, connect to other downtown green spaces and provide an indoor and outdoor connection to the Redwood City Library.

The city’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is seeking community input on the park’s character and amenities.
