Park Closed In SMC Due To Police Investigation
Police sent out an alert at 8:52 a.m.
BELMONT, CA — Police said they shut down a park Tuesday in Belmont for an investigation.
At 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday, the Belmont Police Department said O'donnell Park was reopened.
At 8:52 a.m. on Tuesday, the BPD sent out an alert stating O'donnell Park was closed as they conducted an investigation.

Police said there is no threat to the community, but asked residents to please avoid the area and use nearby parks instead.
"We will provide an update once the park is reopened," police said.
