Ask a Top Cop: Capt. Toribio Will Visit Rockridge Library Aug. 22
Stop by the library between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, to meet the head of OPD's Area 2.
Captain Anthony Toribio, who heads the Oakland Police Department's Area 2 (which includes Rockridge) will be at the Rockridge Library, 5366 College Ave., on Aug. 22 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
He will be available to sit down with area residents to discuss crime reduction and strengthening community partnership with the police and to answer questions regarding the police department.
