BART Offers Two More Days to View Mock-Up of 'Car of the Future'

BART will offer two extra days of tours of a mock-up of a "car of the future" at the MacArthur BART Station this week, the agency announced today (Monday).

The model of the new car, scheduled to go into service in 2017, will be open Thursday and Friday, 2-7 p.m., according to the announcement.

Nearly 4,000 people toured the mock-up at the MacArthur station last week, BART officials said.
