8 Car Windows Smashed in 5-Day Span

Between July 10-15, multiple car windows were smashed in Roseville during vehicle thefts or attempted thefts.

In a five-day span recently, eight cars had their windows smashed — in some cases nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Take a look at the incidents from the Roseville Police Department:

At about 12:30 p.m. July 10, someone smashed the window of a car parked at the Riley Library, taking music CDs, cash and a diaper bag.

Between 4:45 and 5 p.m. July 10, someone smashed the window of a car parked in the 1200 block of Lead Hill, and took a camera and a cell phone.

Between 2:40 and 3:25 p.m. July 11, someone broke the window of a car parked in the 1600 block of Eureka Road. Nothing was taken.

Between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. July 11, someone smashed the window of a car parked in the 1500 block of Eureka Road, and took an iPhone.

Overnight July 11/12, someone smashed the window of a car on Somer Ridge Drive. Nothing was taken.

Between 1 and 8:30 a.m. July 14, someone smashed the windows of two cars in the 300 block of Lincoln Street and stole backpacks, a suitcase full of clothes, three purses, credit cards, cash and jewelry.

Overnight July 14/15, someone broke the window of a car in the 500 block of Loretto. Nothing was taken.
