
Roseville Police, Fire and California Highway Patrol appointed 6-year-old Paul J. (P.J.) Virador as an honorary Roseville firefighter, police officer and California Highway Patrolman recently.
Virador received the honor for his four-month battle with inoperable brain cancer.
A fire truck, police cars, motorcycles, mounted police, and a SWAT team vehicle marked the special visit to the Virador family’s home recently to give him the news.

Motor Officer Mark Brazeal, Fire Captain Rich Sisk, and California Highway Patrol Sergeant George Berrios presented the official certificates to Virador.
Virador, dressed in his official CHP uniform rode along with a mounted patrolman, drove with SWAT team officers, and captained a fire truck around his neighborhood.
