Cost Plus World Market will finish out the leasing for the former Home Depot Expo site at 1120 Galleria Blvd. The 20,177 square foot suite is currently undergoing tenant improvement plan check. Rennovations are valued at $985,000. Buy Buy Baby, and Bed, Bath and Beyond are the other two tenants which are currently under construction.

Villasport Athletic Club and Spa has submitted entitlement applications for approvals to construct an 85,000 square foot sports and recreation building next to the Galleria Mall and the future proposed Conference Center. Erik's Deli Cafe had its humble beginnings in 1973 with the opening of the first cafe in Scotts Valley. Today there are 32 locations in northern California with one on the way in Roseville at 1450 Lead Hill Blvd., Suite 150, near WalMart.
