Election Forum Set for Thursday
Most Roseville City Council candidates will attend; the forum will also focus on Propositions 30, 34 and 37.
Locals will have another chance to hear where Roseville candidates stand on issues during an Election Forum at William Jessup University in Rocklin Thursday night, Oct. 18.
During the forum, hosted by the university’s Public Policy Institute, there will be a candidate forum with at least four Roseville City Council candidates and candidates from other city races, as well as a forum focusing on regional issues.
Roseville candidates Scott Alvord, Bonnie Gore, Tracy Mendonsa and Pauline Roccucci have confirmed their attendance to the forum.

Representatives from both sides of the issues for Propositions 30, 34 and 37 will also be on hand. Prop 30 is a temporary tax to fund education, Prop 34 regards the death penalty and Prop 37 tackles the issue of genetically modified food.
The propositions forum will run from 6-7:30 p.m. followed by the candidates forum.
