Pair of Grass Fires Under Control in Roseville (Update)
The Roseville Fire Department contained the two fires Tuesday afternoon.
Update: Two grass fires burned in Roseville Tuesday afternoon but were quickly controlled by local firefighters.
One fire was near Cirby Way and Rocky Drive Drive, and the other was near Eureka Road and North Sunrise Boulevard.

Roseville authorities are responding to two fires Tuesday afternoon: one near Maidu Park and one near Eureka Road and North Sunrise Boulevard.
One grass fire is burning near a creek in the area of Cirby Way and Rocky Ridge Drive, the city says. Another is burning near Eureka Road and North Sunrise Boulevard.
The city is warning residents to avoid the areas if possible.
