Mutilated Kitten Found Near Vernon Street & Cirby Way

The kitten was found in bad shape and the Placer SPCA wants the public's help in finding the person responsible.

The Placer SPCA is searching for the person responsible for mutilating a kitten, found with its ears chopped off with the tips glued back on and whiskers that may have been burned off. 

The kitten was found in the bushes off Vernon Street and Inglis Way, near Cirby Way, July 9 and immediately taken to a nearby veterinarian clinic, according to FOX40. 

The Placer SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for information, FOX40 reports.
