Roseville Police arrested a man and woman suspected of trying to steal a construction tractor on Taylor Road Monday.
They attempted to load it onto a tractor-trailer rig when a witness confronted the couple and they ran away down the Miner's Ravine bike trail, according to the Roseville Police Department log. The suspects, Jerrad Daniel Dominguez from Elk Grove and Sacramento resident Amanda Dawn Razick, both 34 years old, were located near Orvietto Drive and arrested.
The trailer they were hauling was stolen from Sacramento, according to police.
Both were arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, possessing stolen property and other related charges. The man was also arrested for violation of parole.
