Police ID Man Killed, Woman Arrested in Pleasant Grove Blvd Crash
Robert Alan Weaver, 69, was killed in a suspected DUI-related crash Tuesday afternoon in Roseville. A Lincoln woman was arrested.

Roseville Police have identified the man killed in the six-vehicle suspected DUI-related crash on Pleasant Grove Boulevard Tuesday afternoon as 69-year-old Robert Alan Weaver of Roseville.
Police have arrested 45-year-old Jordan Tonya Louise Peters of Lincoln on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, and driving under the influence of drugs, according to Roseville Police.

At 3:41 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, Roseville Police officers responded to a crash on eastbound Pleasant Grove Boulevard between Pioneer Road and Roseville Parkway.
According to early police reports, a vehicle was seen driving erratically on Pleasant Grove Boulevard near Washington Boulevard eastbound until it collided with another vehicle stopped at a red light at Roseville Parkway. The initial crash set off "a chain-reaction collision involving five to six vehicles," according to police.

Four people were transported to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries who later succumbed to injuries, two with serious injuries and one person who complained of pain.
Officers are investigating the crash as possibly DUI-related, according to Roseville Police.
Weaver's wife remains hospitalized in serious condition, according to police.
Peters is in custody in the Placer County Jail.
