Roseville Man Charged With Terrorist Facebook Threat About Controversial Police Shooting (GRAPHIC VIDEO)

Roseville resident Dominic Ray Aguilar, 37, wrote on Facebook, "50 rounds to your dome Moody," referring to Officer John Moody, of the Manteca Police Department.

A Roseville man has been charged with making terrorist threats on Facebook after posting a comment about an officer-involved shooting that took place in Manteca in June 2011. 

Roseville resident Dominic Ray Aguilar, 37, wrote on Facebook: "50 rounds to your dome Moody," referring to John Moody -- the officer involved in the controversial shooting. 

The San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office said that Officer Moody was justified when he shot and killed 35-year-old Ernesto Duenez, Jr., according to News10.

But a whole lot of backlash has come in the wake of the incident: Video of the shooting has been viewed thousands of times on YouTube and the Justice for Ernest Duendez Jr. Facebook page has more than 5,000 likes.  

According to RecordNet.com: "Aguilar was arraigned on two felony charges Friday for making terrorist threats and resisting arrest in a hearing that was followed by a protest of about half a dozen people outside the San Joaquin County Superior Court Manteca branch."
