Teen Sentenced for Roseville Home Invasion, Bank Robbery
The 19-year-old was arrested in connection with a home-invasion robbery where residents and children were tied up with zip ties and a River City bank robbery, both in 2011.

A Sacramento resident was recently sentenced to 15 years in prison for two 2011 Roseville robberies — one home-invasion robbery where residents were tied up with zip ties and a bank robbery.
Delaudea Else, 19, was arrested in December 2011 in connection with a Roseville home invasion robbery that occurred in October 2011 in the Cresthaven neighborhood and bank robbery in November 2011.
According to earlier reports, at about 9:20 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2011, two males robbed a home on Glenbrook Avenue in Roseville. The male resident heard the doorbell ring and a knock on the door. When he answered the door, two men armed with handguns came into the home, tied the couple and their small children up with zip-ties, and searched the home. The suspects left with a few items, including a small gun safe containing a handgun, a cell phone and a small amount of cash.
Roseville detectives also identified Else as a suspect in the on Foothills Boulevard in Roseville.

On Dec. 9, 2011, the San Mateo Police Department arrested Else in connection with the robbery of a check-cashing business and a pawnshop in their city. During their arrest and investigation, they recovered the handgun that had been taken during the Roseville home invasion robbery.
