$27K Raised For San Francisco Woman Struck By Car
Jodie Adams was struck by a car just a few days after celebrating her 26th birthday.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- More than $27,000 was raised this week after a San Francisco woman was struck by a car, just days after celebrating her 26th birthday. A GoFundMe page created for Jodie Adams said she is "fighting for her life" after the accident last weekend.
Described as "full of laughter and love, with a hint of sass and wit," Adams is currently on life support.
"Right now, Jodie is on life support and receiving around the clock care from an amazing medical team," the GoFundMe page said. "Everyone is doing their part in the fight to save her life, but we need your help as well. Emergency hospital care is extremely expensive and we want to make sure Jodie and her beautiful family have every opportunity to provide the care she desperately needs."
