​5 Rescued At Off Ocean Beach In San Francisco

Rescue crews got assistance from the Coast Guard and the San Francisco Police Department's marine unit, according to the fire department.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Five people were rescued from the waters off Ocean Beach in San Francisco on Sunday, according to the fire department.

The call came in around 3 p.m. and rescue swimmers and rescue jet skis conducted an active surf rescue of five people on a boat in choppy water at Ocean Beach near Great Highway and Quintara Street, according to San Francisco Fire.

No injuries were reported.
