CA Farms Celebrate 'Peanuts' 75th Anniversary With Corn Mazes
More than 80 farms across the U.S. and Canada transformed their corn and sunflower fields into mazes based on beloved Peanuts characters.

SANTA ROSA, CA — Dozens of farms across the U.S. and Canada transformed their corn fields into Peanuts-themed mazes this fall to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Charles M. Schulz's first published comic strip.
Shulz was born in Minneapolis in 1922 and moved to Santa Rosa in the late 1960s, where he lived until his death in 2000. His legacy lives on through the Charles M. Shulz Museum in Santa Rosa, which worked with The MAiZE Inc. to organize Peanutes-themed designs in corn and sunflower fields at more than 80 farms.
Four farms in California participated in the fun, including the Santa Rosa Pumpkin Patch and farms in Lathrop, San Luis Obispo and Mission Hills.
NBC News shared a collage of aerial views of the farms, and photos of each maze are available on The MAiZE's website.
