NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed on Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, warmer weather is set to give way to a cooldown beginning Monday.

There's a chance of light rain, especially during the morning commute Monday around the Bay Area. Breezy conditions and some light drizzle are expected through early afternoon, before skies clear by midday along the coast, according to the National Weather Service.

Inland locations will feel the biggest temperature drop — about 10 degrees cooler than Sunday. Temperatures are set to gradually warm back up to normal by the second half of the week.
