Hundreds Lost Power Throught the Bay Area in the Storm

The storm this weekend left plenty of excuses to be late to work Monday morning! Lost power, flooding, downed trees throughout the Bay.

BAY AREA, CA- More than 1,000 electric customers this evening were without power across the San Francisco Bay Area, a PG&E spokesman said.

As of 7:30 p.m., 646 customers in the North Bay were without power and 467 in the East Bay. In the South Bay and Peninsula, 127 were without power in each of those areas, spokesman J.D. Guidi said.

Four customers in San Francisco were without power. Crews haven't been able to give an estimate of when power will be restored because of the continuous wind and rain, Guidi said.
