SAN FRANCISCO — Hollywood came to San Francisco last week, where it appeared a crew was filming for the upcoming Netflix romantic comedy “Voicemails for Isabelle.”

The pair are set to star in the rom-com, which follows Jill, played by Deutch, a woman living a chaotic life in San Francisco, who leaves her deceased sister voicemails as a coping mechanism, according to Netflix’s Tudum. Her sister’s phone number is reassigned without her knowledge to an Austin real estate agent played by Robinson.

The movie was set to start filming in July in Vancouver, Deadline reported.
In addition to Deutch and Robinson, the cast includes Nick Offerman, Lukas Gage, Harry Shum Jr., Ciara Bravo, Megan Danso, Toby Sandeman, Spencer Lord and Gil Bellows, according to Tudum. It was written and is being directed by Leah McKendrick.

Film SF spokesperson Mikayla Carter confirmed to SFGATE that a project shot for two days in the city at Golden Gate Park, the Palace of Fine Arts and Union Square, but did not disclose the project’s name.
