One Market San Francisco, Still Thriving After 25 Years
Farm to table dining in an elegant open setting

Located steps from The Ferry Building, One Market features New American cuisine in an elegant setting. Opened in 1993 by Bradley Ogden, the restaurant features a large open contemporary dining room housing large windows, a big mural of a market, earth tone color schemes with wood floors and bar seating overlooking all of the kitchen action.

Choose to sit at the back to watch the food prep or relax in a cozy banquette or table.

Appetizers include corn soup with ramp pesto and bay shrimp, butternut squash soup with crab and black garlic, traditional Caesar salad, Ahi tuna and blood orange tartare with yuzu; housemade charcuterie; Kampachi crudo with green apples and ponzu and grilled octopus with chorizo puree. I received a sampling of appetizers including a delicious arancini.
